About Me
No profile added.
I'm nearing 30 and have been cooking as long as I can remember. I'm happily married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 1 little girl. We are from a small town in western West Virginia and I have lived there my whole life (except the 10 months we had to move to the Shenandoah Valley in VA) and I know this is where I belong. We have 3 cats and 1 dog.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
My newlywed Thanksgiving(we were married 11/3/1). My husband was working until late, my brother was in bootcamp, and my parents where out of town for the first time of my life. I made a 15 lb. turkey, 12 lb. ham and no less than 10 side dishes all by myself by 7 pm. I had no problems and had a 10 pm candle light dinner with my hubby and 6 friends over the next day to our new house for the second round!!!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
LEMON CHICKEN! No matte how I try its just wrong! In fact my husband and I can't even attempt it anymore because of the past attempts!
My Food For Thought
Feed your family love, food is the best form of compassion, it envokes memories, feelings, and support.
