About Me
No profile added.
Retired in May 2006. I enjoy traveling. I love Italy, especially Florence. Have lived in 10 countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Mozambique, Namibia, Korea, Australia, and Fiji) and loved every moment.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
When I made French Onion soup from scratch for the first time when I was 12. I made it for my Dad and he loved it.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Again, something for my Dad. I didn't know he disliked lamb and I made a beautiful leg of lamb for the family. My Dad did everything he could not to disappoint me, but he just couldn't eat it. I never made it again.
My Food For Thought
Don't waste your time on regret; life's too short!
My Interests
Travel, reading, spending time with my mother and sister.
