I love to cook and try new things. My husband has had to limit me to only two new recipes a week. I am a stay at home mom and my husband and I homeschool our children.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Baking a cheesecake with out the top cracking! Woo Hoo! Making gravy that my daughter says is just as good as granny's. Yea!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My first meal for my husband was smothered pork chops. I did not know at the time that he could not tolerate pork drippings. Needless to say, they made him sick to his stomach. He gave it the ole college try and it just did not work for him. I thought they were delicious.
