My Biggest Kitchen DisasterMy first time cooking for my family I wanted to do something really special so I made sofrito mashed potatoes. When it was done, it tasted like to needed some salt. So I looked at the directions and it called for 3 Tablespoons. Turns out the 3 Tablespoons of salt were meant for the boiling water not for the finished mashed potatoes. It was horrible!! My poor family ate it all so they wouldn't make me feel bad!
