My Greatest Cooking TriumphMy greatest triumph is parallel to my greatest disaster! Re-learning to cook in other nations outside of the US and Canada is a triumph as the available ingredients is soooo different and you become a star at substitution. In India I never even had an oven and had to bake on the stove!
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI've had several baking disasters in foreign countries (England & India) where I've lived and the ingredients are SO SO different. You have to learn how to cook and bake all over again!
My Food For ThoughtExpand your palate. The world is full of crazy amazing flavours, so don't just stick to your traditional cultural foods. I was one of those, but travel and living in other countries forced me to be a cultural food lover.
