About Me: I live in Arizona. Husband and I are retired. We live in a gated active adult community. We love it! Our grandkids live about 20 minutes away along with our youngest daughter and her husband. Sister and her husband live 3 miles away and my parents live about 35 minutes away.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: just everyday cooking here. nothing fancy. husband won't eat it. his motto is he's a simple man.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: can't make a good pot of beans, using dry beans to save my life. so now I use canned beans. and you know what, they taste very good too.

My Food For Thought: Life is short. So enjoy the ride and don't let the little things annoy you.
