My Biggest Kitchen DisasterExploding stuffing! One of my family's favorites is stuffing balls. Last Thanksgiving, with a house full of family & friends, I took the baking dish out of the oven and set it on the stove while I put the rolls in to bake. Just as I was about to check the rolls, there was a small explosion & dressing balls along with shards of glass flew all over the kitchen. I had placed the baking dish on a burner that I was certain I had turned off but had not. Fortunately no one was hurt but needless to say, we had no stuffing. My kids said "This is really a bang-up Thanksgiving."
