I am one lucky lady! I am married to the love of my life and we have been blessed with three amazing children - a daughter and two sons. We have a son in law in the works, too! My husband and kids (and soon to be son in law) are my world and I love doing anything associated with them! We love animals - have three very charming cats and two very sweet dogs. It is a zoo around our home sometimes!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
My best moment was when I had to take over fixing the holiday meals for my family. It was my first experience at fixing the Thanksgiving meal - the turkey, dressing and all the sides. I was a nervous wreck! The results were so great, though, that my family gave me the job on a permanent basis! LOL!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My first - and to date, only - attempt at pecan pie. Still can't figure out how all the pecans sank to the bottom! It also ran over the pan and made the most terrible mess in the oven! LOL! My DH and I laugh about it whenever we see pecan pie, but I am determined to give it another try one of these days once I can find a me-proof recipe!
