About Me: I have been married to my best friend for 25 years. We have one son, age 21 and a senior in college. We have a 9 year old Jack Russell terrier who thinks she is still a puppy.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: My chocolate chip cookies. My son and husband love them, but can only eat one at a time because they are soooo full of chips.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: My husband says there are so many to choose from, but I made a lemon meringue pie for my new in-laws in which the pudding never set up. We had to eat it using straws. Remember, this was 25 years ago. My hubby says I have gotten better.

My Food For Thought: 1. ".....Believe in the beauty of your dreams." 2. "Why not go out on a limb. That is where the fruit is." 3. "If you can dream it, you can achieve it."
