My dream is to write for a food magazine, publish cookbooks and one day be a mom. My favorite ingredient is CHOCOLATE!! My idea of a good time is being in the kitchen covered in flour baking a decadent dessert for my family! I have never had so much fun as when my mom, two sisters and I would get in the kitchen and bake/cook together for the holidays!! I am a southener through and through. I love the country life! My family is my heart and my life. My husband and my mom are my best friends...they bring so much joy to my life...not to mention much laughter! I am a lover of life, and as such, I love to laugh and make others laugh. I immensely enjoy the smell of something baking in the oven, fresh cut grass, coffee brewing and babies.

My Greatest Cooking TriumphCreating my own crockpot Lasagna recipe and it being a hit the very first time. I have had several requests for my recipe. It's simple but delicious in every sense of the word!

My Biggest Kitchen DisasterHaving a cake fail to turn out 3 times in a row the day before it was due for my customer. It turned out perfect every time I made it until someone ordered it. It calls for a cake mix and you add ingredients to it. As it turns out, I used a super moist cake mix which caused it not to rise. In fact...it was as flat as a pancake!!! Haha!
