My Greatest Cooking TriumphNothing in particular, just being able to feed my family healthy, delicious meals on a regular basis. Also, I am the person people come to, to ask cooking questions.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI'm sure I've had a lot but just recently I was cooking hard-boiled eggs and forgot about them. They cooked for over an hour and the insides turned out brown and hard and rubbery. They were awful. My family laughs at me for burning hard-boiled eggs when I can cook a very complicated dish without any problem.
