About Me: I love life!!! I try to look on the positive side of situations and I love the friends I've met on the "net." I volunteer at the school nearby, enjoy cooking, reading, suduko puzzles and spending time with the kids and grandkids. I've been married 46 years to the same great guy!! We have three married daughters and 4 grandchildren. I've been retired about 1 1/2 years and love it. I was a hairdresser for 45 years.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: My greatest fame to claim in the kitchen is my Apple Pie. My husband raves over it each time I bake it.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Too many to remember all the kitchen disasters I've had.

My Food For Thought: I love life and believe that people are a gift from God. Everyday is a new beginning and another opportunity to explore what God has given and put in our path. If life gives you a lemon, add sugar and make lemonade.
