My Greatest Cooking TriumphHosting my first large family get-together after the birth of our son, I tackled a huge turkey dinner with all of the fixings. I had never even cooked a turkey before, but everything turned out great and family members are still asking for my recipes from that day.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI worked hard to make a beautiful lemonade ice cream pie for Mother's Day last year. When I took it out of the freezer for the ooo's and ahh's, I dropped and it broke into tiny bits all over the floor.
My Food For ThoughtI wish more people would be willing to cook meals entirely from scratch. With good prep-cooking skills, it's not as hard as it seems.
