I play in 3 bands, work full time durring the day, I'm a gamer, and I spend most of my free time in the kitchen making my family fat and happy. :-D
I like to take recipes and change them around. I took my grandma's zucchini bread recipe and switched some of the amounts around and turned it into a great apple bread. I've also done similar things with brownies and they have been a great success! I also baked and decorated my own wedding cake.
Once upon a time I used to make a great pasta sauce. About 2 years later I lost the recipe and tried to make it from memory for my "new" husband (we've been married 1 1/2 years now). I didn't remember it apparently, and my husband ate two bites and ordered pizza. :-p
