My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Baked Mac and Cheese Soul Food Recipe using six eggs; absolutely delicious. Eggs, Grits and hot sausage casserole. Hey, I am learning. Cooking is my hobby since Retirement; well, ONE of them.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Left the stove on and my wife thought I should be restricted to cooking only when she can check behind me.
