I am very interested and involved in our environment and animals. Whatever I do must be good for both. I love nature and and life on our planet. I believe in 'Spiritual' and that we are inside what we choose. When we step out of our ego and 'Tune in' to what is real/ nature, then we have connected to our 'Spiritual'. I believe in doing everything from the heart. Every day is a Spiritual gift to me.
Everytime those that I cook and bake for are happy with what I have prepared.
There are no disasters.. only opportunities for new dishes and new recipes.
