My Greatest Cooking TriumphProbably, making Christmas cakes for my grandmothers when I was about 8 years old. Mum put them in and took them out of the oven for me and she supervised, but left me to do the work. They turned out great!
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterMaking chocolate mousse just after we were married, without looking at the recipe. I remembered the correct ingredients but not what to do with them. Alas we ended up with chocolate sauce, not this beautiful light dessert I was expecting1
