About Me
No profile added.
I am 41 years old. I have been married to a wonderful man for 12 years.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I made a mushroom lasagna for my husband,(he loves meat). He loved this recipe even though there was no meat involved. He has had me make several times since.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I made a stir fry that called for fresh cilantro. I guess I put too much in it. It tasted horrible!
My Food For Thought
Never stress when cooking. If you don't have the ingredients the recipe calls for, you can always substitute with something else. For instance if you are cooking something that calls for arugula, and you don't have it or don't care for it, you can use spinach instead. Be careful of your herbs though, know what they taste like before you add to your recipe.
