My Greatest Cooking TriumphI want to write my own cookbook for all the recipes over the years I just "created". That would be fabulous. I just really don't know how to start?? I could write two. One for "Chicken - 365" (because my husband LOVES chicken and we get sosososo sick of the same ole recipes!) and the other for the creations!! Some day maybe....... I hope.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterOhhhhh boyyyy.. Ummmmm... I can't remember exactly what I was making but it was about 11 years ago. I spent hours and hours preparing a dinner that I thought was going to be absolutely fabulous for my husband and son. After an entire afternoon of cooking; we sat down to eat and well..... everyone hated it... including me. I cried. It was horrible and for the life of me I can't think of what it was!! I think it was some type of pork recipe. I was pregnant so maybe the hormones were to blame????? LOL
