I have been a single Mom for 14 years, have worked since I was 16 and completed my degree four years ago. I enjoy cooking when I have the time to enjoy it - it is very therapeutic.
Taking a recipe to a gathering and having everyone love and devour it.
There are so many - but tomatoes flying out of the blender when I freezing them from my garden for the winter in Michigan for use in chili and other tomato sauces. I found tomato splatterings everywhere it seemed for weeks.
Don't eat to fill an empty space; eat to live and think about what you are putting in your body and what it does for you.
