About Me
No profile added.
I have eaten in a lot of greasy spoons as well as a few high class joints. I lov good food of a very wide variety. I have been known to add to something I have ordered from our local oriental take out, like ginger preserves and lime juice. Or mixed the Chicken Curry, red, with the Chicken Lo Mein and the Hot and Sour soup. Whole new flavors, A milder Hot, but Sweet and Sour as well. Love the ginger kick.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Sukiyaki. Minestrone. Sweet bread similar to Kings Hawaiian bread.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Newly married and first time using a pressure cooker. Blew the little cap thingy off. Red stuff ALL over the ceiling and walls. OK all over the kitchen top to bottom. My sister sent me a cookbook.
My Interests
Reading fiction of any kind.
