About Me
No profile added.
I now work too much. Odd hours which puts a cramp in my cooking. Husband is Italian and he does most of the cooking now. He takes good care of me in that department, but I must still do the baking.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
A crown roast of pork with rice de orange dressing. Made it for my birthday and had in-laws and husband's one aunt and uncle for dinner. Was soooo good and the uncle would bring it up and talk about it until he died about 30 years later. And it was easy to make.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Cut grass while boiling 12 eggs 2 weeks after we moved in our house. They went dry, then they burned, then they exploded all over and was even hanging from my ceiling on my new paint job. What a mess. Was years before my husband could get me to cut grass again.
My Food For Thought
Good for you food can taste as good as not so good for you food
