My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Anything that comes out looking well and tasting great is a triumph!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I had spent all day cooking Thanksgiving dinner like I have for many years. When I pulled the turkey out of the oven it looked perfect. I had thawed it in the refrigerator for 3 days like it said and marinated it on the 4th for the whole day, it was a big bird. Yet when I cut into it, it was still uncooked in the center. It had not thawed out all the way. I had to put it back into the oven for another hour, praying it would not over cook and dry out. Dinner was late that year.
My Interests
Baking, baking and baking.
