What is the best way to

Chop it up and use it in marinara sauce for pasta. Even the overcooked stuff will come out really good. You can also serve it cold on a tossed salad for a steak salad.

I just put the haddock filets on a cookie sheet (I use stoneware) that has been sprayed with a non-stick canola spray and then season them. I melt butter and brush it on the filets and then put the seasoning...
