I wish I could help butI still have no manual, or reasonable facsimile! I've only cooked whole chicken and a pork and beef roast. (all great!!) I'd love to bake in it,too. I have 3 racks w/ mine

THANKS, BRENDA -- I WILL DEFINITELY CHECK IT OUT. I HAVE SO FAR SUCCESSFULLY COOKED CHICKEN AND SOME MEATS BUT KNOW IT COOKS SO MUCH MORE, AND IN THIS HOT FLORIDA SUMMER, ITS SO NICE TO COOK W/ A "SMALL"

I got brave and baked a pork roast in the C-100. I was sure it was going to self-destruct or somthing if I turned the wrong knobs or whatever. I set it at 350 degrees but since it has only an hour timer
