I have not seen smoked salmon cream cheese. I would just add smoked salmon to the cream cheese. Sometimes you can buy the "crumbs" in the stores... that is what I used to do to smoked salmon cream cheese spread. Smoked Salmon Cheese Mold Recipe courtesy Sandra Lee Show: Food Network Specials...
