I'm looking for a spiral pasta salad using an oil & vinegar dressing with perhaps some sugar. It seemed to be light on oil. We ate it at the Country Junction Restaurant in Dyersville, IA. There was little else in the salad; perhaps a bit of pimiento and green peppers. Any ideas?

I need just a plain bread recipe using the dough hook on my Kitchen Aid mixer to knead. Or perhaps someone has a formula as to the length of time to knead. The mixer book isn't helpful.
