Cranberry Bread

Everytime I make cranberry bread the part near the cranberries turns green, please let me know what is causing this problem. At first I thought it might be the baking soda reacting to the berries. I do need a good cranberry bread recipe where I should not have this problem. Thanks Geri

sweet spice bread in a can

I'm looking for a recipe for sweet spice bread that is cooked in a small soup can. My great-aunt used to make it - it had raisins and was a very moist, dark caramel-colored bread. I would love this recipe !

. I agree with punching holes in top. That lets the biscuit come out freely. All I have used for yesrs is a vienna sausage can. Works for me.
