  • Re: Does anyone have a recipe for Cheesecake Brownies

I haven't had the brownies from Great American Cookie Co. so I can't compare, but these are pretty good. The cheesecake part is great, the brownie itself is pretty good, but I didn't love it. But then again, I'm extremely picky when it comes to brownies. They're worth a shot, and...

  • Re: Cutting Brownies neatly?? How do you do it??

The plastic knife works well, but only if the pan has cooled a little. I rounded the tip on a great lettuce knife doing that once. I'm short and have found that if I cut them on a lower surface, rather than at counter level, that they aren't nearly as ragged. So, cutting down, rather than pulling...

  • fudge brownies with marshmallows and choc. frosting

I am hoping that somebody can help me find a recipe. I bought some brownies at a Christmas Church bazaar 2 weeks ago and they were just sooooooooo yummy. I tried to duplicate them, but they just aren't the same. They were thick brownies, topped with what I thought were partially melted mini marshmallows...

  • Searching for old Snickers Brownie recipe

Years ago I had a recipe for what we called Snickers Pie - every recipe I am finding is not the one I am looking for. This recipe used german chocolate cake mix with modified ingredients (not the mix on the box), then you melted snickers bars with something on the stove top. It seems like the snickers...

  • Family Circle Brownie Recipes

I'm looking for a group of recipes published in Family Circle Magazine September 12, 2000. It started with a basic recipe and then with specific changes the recipe was turned into a brownie pizza, a brownie coffee cake, brownie cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, brownie drop cookies, and others...

Hi, Recipe-Bot! "rich and fudgy" are two words I like to hear when someone describes a brownie recipe. I have an event comming up, and I was wondering if these would do the trick.... brtedi

  • Re: Cutting Brownies

I use a metal spatula that is meant for turning burgers, eggs and such. If you insert it in straight down where you want the cut instead of dragging it from side to side, it makes a neat cut.
