    Hi Debbie Baking GF bread takes a bit time to master. When it comes to GF baking, it's a matter of mixing different flours to take advantage of their specific properties. Did your recipe call for xanthan gum or guar gum ? Without one or the other gums many GF baked goods will crumble/fall apart....
