Hello, I'm trying to find a recipe from ToH that called for peanut butter, corn syrup, maybe something else, and it was poured over tortilla chips. I have looked through all the magazines but I can't find it. It would have been in the issues from 2000 and under. There is a June/July 1995 issue...
