I am a retired lady truck driver I drove over the road for 23 years until I got sick and went to te doctor and was dianosged with MS.Now I am a Sunday school teacher (adult class) I do the church bulletins, I have a home business that I enjoy. I take care of my husband,our 2 little dogs my home. I do not have any time to feel sorry for myself. If I was still driving a truck the Lord wouldn't be able to use me like He is now. Even through I try to tell of His love out on the road this is alot better.
Everyone loves my home made Coconut Pies. No matter wether it is for our family or a potluck supper at church the pies, my devil eggs are always on the list as is my chili. I do make very good chicken and dumplings, and chicken and dressing.
When I was a young mother I thought I would use my mother's pressure cooker. I put everything in there and I thought I had done everything Mama said to do... but... it blow up!!! I had food all over the ceiling the walls the floors. Needless to say I have never used another pressure cooker.

Waiting on that day!!!!
